Nubleer is a digital reading platform designed to expand access to books and reading content in Mexico through an affordable monthly subscription. The project aimed to address a key barrier to reading in the country: limited access to and high costs of books and publications. Nubleer’s goal was to lower these barriers by providing a digital library with thousands of titles available through a simple, accessible platform.

I led the redesign of Nubleer 2.0, focusing on improving the product experience and aligning it with both user needs and business objectives.

• Led the end-to-end redesign of the platform experience.
• Conducted user research to understand reading habits, motivations, and barriers to access.
• Defined proto-personas to guide product decisions and prioritize features.

The redesign focused on making the platform simpler to navigate, easier to discover content, and more aligned with the reading behaviors of Mexican users, supporting Nubleer’s mission of making reading more accessible.
