Bitso deposits and withdrawals

I redesigned Bitso’s deposit and withdrawal screens to reduce user errors, clarify money movement options, and improve the overall experience of moving funds in and out of the platform.

The new design includes:
  • All the essential information up front to send or receive crypto confidently—address, tags/memos, and network selection guidance to prevent loss of funds
  • Clear warnings and contextual validation to help users avoid selecting the wrong blockchain or missing critical steps when transferring assets
  • A new channel-based categorization system that organizes available deposit and withdrawal methods into intuitive groups:
    • Bank transfers, categorized by supported fiat currencies (MXN, USD, ARS)
    • Cryptocurrency blockchains, like Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and Litecoin, with clearly indicated network details
    • Bitso Transfer, the internal system for instant, fee-free user-to-user transactions

This redesign focused on reducing cognitive load, minimizing costly mistakes, and making the movement of money—across fiat and crypto—simple, secure, and transparent.
