In 2019, I led multiple redesign iterations of Tandem’s web platform, a procurement SaaS for small-to-medium businesses that connected buyers and sellers in a single workflow.
SMBs were managing purchasing and sales across fragmented tools. Creating purchase orders, sales orders, catalogs, price lists, invoicing, and payments required manual steps and context switching, leading to errors, slow operations, and low visibility across transactions.
On top of this, most existing procurement solutions were complex, enterprise-focused, and expensive, making them inaccessible or impractical for smaller businesses.
I redesigned core product flows to unify these actions. The work focused on clarifying buyer–seller journeys, simplifying order creation, and organizing product and pricing management into connected views.
